Messier 101 is a spiral galaxy in the constellation Ursa Major. It was discovered by Pierre MΓ©chain in 1781. It is also known as the Pinwheel Galaxy. It is a large galaxy, with a diameter of 170,000 light-years, and a mass of about 100 billion solar masses. It is about 21 million light-years away from Earth. It is one of the largest and brightest spiral galaxies in the sky.

I lost a lot of data from my session because of a poor tracking ! I had to discard a lot of pictures. I’m still happy with the result, but I will have to do it again to get a better picture of this galaxy.
